Each networking event allows only one business per industry sector. This ensures you can network freely without direct competition and maximizes collaboration opportunities. When you register for an event, you'll see if your industry slot is available.

Our CRM includes a comprehensive directory of decision-makers, integrated messaging system, meeting scheduling tools, and access to over 8,000 supplier listings. You can search by industry, location, or specific needs to find the right connections for your business growth.

Basic members can attend 1 event per month, Professional members get 2 events, and Premium members enjoy unlimited event access. All events are carefully curated to ensure quality networking opportunities with limited attendance for meaningful connections.

Members receive exclusive discounts from major UK retailers, restaurants, gyms, and wellness services. Discounts typically range from 10-30% and are regularly updated. You'll also get access to NHS self-help guides and fitness resources through our Truconnect partnership.

Our six-member council consists of experienced business leaders who provide strategic advice, leverage their networks to help you overcome challenges, and offer mentorship. You can request consultations on specific business issues, and they'll connect you with relevant resources or contacts.

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Monthly memberships can be cancelled with 30 days notice, and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period. Annual memberships are non-refundable but you'll retain full access for the entire year.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for new members. If you're not completely satisfied with your membership within the first 30 days, we'll provide a full refund. This gives you time to experience our events, CRM platform, and community benefits risk-free.

Once your membership is approved, you'll receive login credentials via email within 24 hours. The CRM platform is web-based and accessible from any device. The member rewards app is available for iOS and Android - download links will be provided in your welcome email.

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours in advance so we can offer your spot to another member. Last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to register for future events, as we maintain limited attendance for quality networking.

Premium members can bring one qualified guest (must be a company owner, director, or decision-maker) to events once per quarter. This allows you to introduce potential members to our community. Basic and Professional members can upgrade for individual events to include a guest.

Use the CRM's advanced search to find members by industry, location, or business needs. You can send connection requests with a personalized message. Once connected, you can message directly, schedule meetings, and see their supplier recommendations.
